Delivery times

Orders placed by 14:00 hrs (Italian time – GMT+1) from Monday to Thursday will be consigned to the courier the next morning; orders placed on Fridays will be consigned on Mondays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be consigned to the courier on the Tuesday morning.
Orders are delivered within 3-4 working days after the email confirming that shipment has taken place.
For some parts of Italy, such as Sardinia and Sicily, up to 7 working days may be necessary.

Our courier is DHL, standard delivery service.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are:
- Italy (including Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia) € 10.00 for orders of less than € 100.00;
- Italy (including Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia) FREE for orders of € 100.00 and above;
- EU Europe € 30.00 for orders of less than € 300.00;
- EU Europe FREE for orders of over € 300.00;
- North America € 50.00 for all orders;
- Asia € 85.00 for all orders.

Within Europe, we ship to the following European Union countries: France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Austria, Finland, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Roman

Outside the European Union, we ship to the following countries: America, Canada, China, Japan, Arab Emirates, India, Pakistan and South Korea.

The stated prices include fuel and the costs of customs operations, while any duties and charges payable on the value of the goods shall be for the customer's account with payment on delivery.

Order tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email of confirmation containing the tracking number to allow the shipment to be monitored in real time.
The shipment’s status can be checked by entering the tracking number directly on the courier’s website.
